Dungeon Siege III Not Quite Ready To Raid, Slips To June

Formerly one of the many great-looking games due for autumn 2011, Obsidian Entertainment’s Dungeon Siege III is now a winter game. Square Enix “updates” us on the release of Dungeon Siege III today, warning the game has slipped from May 31 to June 21.

Why the push?

Mike Fischer, president and CEO of Square Enix says, “Although the final polish phase has demanded a bit more time than originally planned, we want to assure fans and followers that the additional effort will allow us to deliver an action-RPG worthy of its rich heritage.”

Dungeon Siege III comes to the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC in North America on June 21. Pencil it into your calendar.
