What New Nintendo Games Can We Expect In 2011?

It’s April. Soon it will be May. And to fill out the rest of 2011, Nintendo is going to release games. Most of them have already been revealed, but here’s a handy list of titles Nintendo plans out putting out in 2011.

Here’s a rundown, courtesy of Nintendo. Some titles, such as Paper Mario, are temp. names.

Japan

– Nintendo 3DS: Steel Diver (5/12), The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D (6/16), Star Fox 64 3D (TBA), Kid Icarus: Uprising (2011), Animal Crossing (TBA), Paper Mario (TBA), Mario Kart (TBA), Super Mario (TBA) and Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games (TBA).

– Nintendo DS: Atsumete! Kirby (2011).

– Nintendo Wii: Pandora no Tou Kimi no Moto e Kaeru made (5/26), The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword (2011), Zero Shinsaku (2011), Hoshi no Kirby (2011), Rhythm Tengoku (2011), JUST DANCE 2 (2011), GoldenEye 007 (2011) and Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games (TBA).

JUST DANCE 2, Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games and GoldenEye 007 are being sold as Nintendo products in Japan.

The United States

– Nintendo 3DS: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D (6/19), Star Fox 64 3D (TBA), Kid Icarus: Uprising (2011), Animal Crossing (TBA), Paper Mario (TBA), Mario Kart (TBA) and Super Mario (TBA).

– Nintendo Wii: Wii Play: Motion (6/13), Mystery Case Files: Dust to Dust (6/27) and The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword (2011).

Europe

– Nintendo 3DS: Steel Diver (5/6), The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D (6/17), Star Fox 64 3D (TBA), Kid Icarus: Uprising (2011), Animal Crossing (TBA), Paper Mario (TBA) and Mario Kart (TBA).
– Nintendo DS: Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Reverie (5/20).

– Nintendo Wii: Wii Play: Motion (2011), Mystery Case Files: The Malgrave Incident (2011), Xenoblade Chronicles (2011) and The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword (2011).

In Europe, Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Reverie will be published as a Nintendo product.

This isn’t a complete list and Nintendo should have more concrete release dates (and games hopefully!) as the year grinds on.
