Alright, alright, so there are some greens and reds intermingled with the rich, golden hues of Eidos Montreal’s new Deus Ex prequel, but this game’s so luscious and brassy it’s going to sound redundant when Square Enix announces it’s officially gone gold. Ahem.

Our latest look at Deus Ex: Human Revolution is so clean we could eat off these screen shots, media that only makes me want to play this thing even more. We’ve seen some of these locations and characters before, but most of this feels fresh—and I really like the fashion choices our cybernetically enhanced future selves have made.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution is out later this year for the Xbox 360, PC and PlayStation 3.

  • How many real tech labs would actually have the words “Tech Lab” emblazoned on their walls… the tech kind of gives it away, is “Bathroom” pasted up in the apparently indefinable space dedicated to toilet stalls and sinks as a just-in-case too?

    • While I agree, a good reason would be:

There are many different types of labs in the building, making it important to know the type you’re setting up in.

Also, if it is a facility that allowed visitors, than that’s a very good reason. Visitors would be walking through not only going, “ohh a tech lab!” But also find their way.

      • Which is exactly right, given it has a # after the Tech Lab sign; it’s distinguishing itself from all the others.
