This LEGO Master Chief Is So Big He Has A Human Inside Him

For the past six months, Ben Caulkins has been building a Master Chief suit. Which, you know, lots of people do. So why’s Ben’s so special? Because, even though it’s full-size and entirely wearable, it’s made out of LEGO.

We showed you an in-progress shot of this suit around Christmas, when it was a helmet and a lot of exposed undersuit. Now, though, the thing’s finished, and it’s impressive.

Some of the suit is straight-up LEGO bricks stuck to each other, while other sections had to be first assembled onto a frame and them into other bricks to make it both wearable and have it resembling the Master Chief.

As is often the case with these large project, the devil is in the details, especially things like gloves, so check out his gallery posted on Flickr for more detailed shots.
