While You Were Sleeping

Sleeping can be fun - necessary even. But what if stuff happens when you're sleeping - game stuff? What are you supposed to to do then? Thankfully we have a solution - While You Were Sleeping, a quick round up of all the news that happened… while you were sleeping.

I'll admit it - I was part of the group face palming upon discovery that the latest Assassin's Creed would feature Ezio yet again, but the idea is growing on me, like a rash I enjoy scratching. If you remain unconvinced - this might help you get over the line. A list of cool new details on the game.

Could this be Modern Warfare 2's new cover? I have a sort of strange interest in this game - mainly because I'm keen to see what 'Infinity Ward' has in store, and I'm interested to see precisely what all this Beachhead social networking is all about.

Fallout: New Vegas' latest DLC has a trailer, and this is the latest action packed L.A. Noire one. We also have a fresh look at Dark Souls.

Why, all of a sudden, am I being redirected to Kotaku AU when I click the US link on the site? us.kotaku.com is also redirecting to the AU site...I hope this is a temporary mix up. No offence Mark, but I like having the best of both the US and AU sites!!

They've finally realised things are better down under.

Like spelling 'realise' with an S.

No offense buckE, but Kotaku AU IS the best of both AU and US sites.

Redirecting kotaku.com to kotaku.com.au I can understand, but us.kotaku.com??! That is hard for me to believe, and yet here we are.

Kotaku is one of those rare sites where the comments are actually worth reading, but the 'US Comments' feature here has NEVER worked. That's why I (try to) visit the US site. Couldn't you combine the AU comments with the rest of the world's? In fact, just fix the comments, that's all I ask! World comments + the classic layout = the best Kotaku!

And get rid of the 'US' button. Might as well be honest about it.

I'll speak to the tech dudes and see what the problem is. Sorry mate!

    Hey,
I can't get to the US version of Kotaku at all. I used to be able to to get there by hitting kotaku.com/?qwr=FullSite, then clicking "Blog" (That's right, three steps to get to a single webpage. The new UI sucks too) but now that won't even work.

The Aus page doesn't update as frequently as the US page. Either sort that out or let me hit the US page when I want too.
