This Assassin's Creed Statue Is Not A Cheap Date

How much do you love Assassin's Creed's Ezio Auditore da Firenze? Enough to spend $US600 on a statue of the smooth-talking killer?

That's what Sideshow is asking for a 16.7 inch coldcast resin statue, which is limited to 200 pieces worldwide. While there's great detail on it, and resin statues look great up close, for less than half the price you can get a Hot Toys figure that's just as detailed, but posable as well.

If statues are more your thing, though, it'll be available Q3 this year from Sideshow Collectibles.

For $600 that is horribly lacking in detail and quality.

That quality and size for only 200 made would only be worth $200-300 tops once purchased.

Far more detailed busts and figures with the same quantity have gone for, on average $300-450 ($500 at best)

At that price i would expect it to be made of human skin

The statue that came with my AC2 White Edition kicks the crap out of that one, and I only paid $50 for the whole thing (including the game!)

why would someone pay for that its pretty much exactly the same as the figurine that came with AC2 collectors edition lol what a waste will still look dorky on your shelf

Do i get a free sharpie with it to draw on all the missing detail and shading?

That is barely better than the Assassin's Creed 2 CE statues... and those were like $50 on top of the game!

AGREED. Pooooooo. Got a model of this not long ago give me slappable courtesan booooooobies if you must!!!

Looks much the same as the Black Edition one that I got, which I was actually pretty impressed with.

No way I'd pay that price though, $600 is way too steep
