PlayStation 3 and PSP owners in Europe and the US can now download the freebies Sony promised last month during the PSN outage. Keep in mind everyone trying to download inFamous at once is bound to cause some network congestion.

Curious question: when do regular PSN users get their free month of Playstation Plus?

After many errors I finally got to download Wipeout, when I went to get my 2nd game (Dead Nation) the option to select a game disappeared and now it’s gone.
Screw you Sony you owe me a game still!

OK it turns out there’s a way around that problem:
Q: I no longer have the option to choose my free Welcome Back games. What can I do?
A: If you navigate away from the Welcome Back section of the store without choosing your free games or exit the store completely you may need to follow the below in order to choose and download your free games.
1.On your PlayStation 3 or PlayStation Portable navigate to the PlayStation Network icon on the XMB
2.Log into your PlayStation Network account and choose Account Management Transaction Management Services List
3.Choose “PlayStation Network Promotions” from the list of services displayed
4.Select either “PS3 Free Games” or “PSP Free Games” and then choose “Select Content”
You will be taken to the store to choose your remaining free games.

I got Ratchet & Clank and Little Big Planet from the AU store; Dead Nation from the US store. I’m waiting for their “free game 1” option to come back online so I can get Wipeout HD (I already got Infamous)

Can you download all the games available by using multiple accounts, or is it limited to 2 per console

This is what I want to know, that way between me and my brother we can get all the games we don’t already have.
(and play all the games no matter which account is logged in)

I’m not seeing downloads for the free PSP games in the AU store. I see them in the US store, but my PSP was activated with my AU account. Can anyone else see free downloads for PSP in the AU store?

I can confirm that I was able to get the Welcome Back option from PSN and download my 2 free PSP games.
Note that I could only see it by connecting via the PSP directly, rather than logging to the store via MediaGo.
I got a few errors on the way but trying again fixed that.

Is there a reason I can’t get my free games or psn+? I have checked this: “XMB>PlayStation Network>Account Management>Transaction Management>Services List>SCEA Promotions” a few times but the only option there is the Qriocty thing.

Thats because you need to go to the store and “buy” the welcome back free games package.
Once you do this, that option will pop up on your xmb.
