   When you’re talking a couple of minor DLC included with the port, it’s almost a non-issue – after all, one platform had the game exclusively for a period of time.

   To have ~US$300 of DLC thrown in, however, is a different story altogether. That’s a pretty dickish move by the devs/distributors.

      That’s one way of looking at it. Another way would be it’s a great gesture to PS3 owners. And let’s face it – there will be a hell of a lot more happy PS3 owners as a result of this than there will be pissed off 360 owners.

         Yeah no…it’s a load of crap. Might as well say that there were probably a helluva lot more /b/tards happy that the PSN was down than PSN users. It doesn’t change the fact that it’s an absolute c**t of a thing to do.

            To be fair.. i’m sure 360 players have known it was coming eventually.. what with Namco/Bandai doing the same routine w/ just about all their “Exclusive” JRPG’s for 360 a while back

            What does manage to amaze me is how long they stuck to the illusion of exclusivity for IdolMaster for this long xD

            Oh well at least i can technically import IdolMaster now xD Yey for region free!

            If giving away free stuff is a c**t of a thing to do then I’d be happy to see a lot more c**ts in the games industry. How is it any different to Bethesda releasing their “Game of the Year” editions of Fallout 3, Oblivion etc including all the DLC that they previously charged people for and are now basically giving away with the game?

               It’s not the DLC thats the issue here =P

               It’s the “exclusivity” badge xD Which for all purposes I call BS on any 3rd Party Projects from here on out =P

               That IS a c**t of a thing to do to the very rabid fanbase in Jp who probably have a 360 if only coz of IdolM@ster xD Then again money talks and Namco/Bandai have already pulled this crap many a times recently anyway =P

      I’m pretty sure Railworks on Steam is the worst offender there. With literally thousands of dollars worth of DLC in the form of new carriages, background models etc.

      It’s actually more expensive than real-life train modelling.

   Well even if they get the DLC that has already been released if new DLC were to come out I take it the PS3 owners wouldn’t be able to get it, unless they had it downloadable….somewhere. If that is the case than I am sure those hardcore IM@S fans wouldn’t mind considering in the long run they get more stuff. (even if they did have to pay for it)
