LunchTimeWaster: Planet Hopping

As a pale pasty Scottish man living in Australia, I understand the core concept of Run from the Sun better than most – you must, in short, move as far away from the sun as possible. The sun is chasing you, so you must hop from planet to planet in search of safety. This game is super simple. And awesome.

The mechanic is simple. You jump from planet to planet in an intricate game of timing. Once you leap on to a planet, you get caught in its rotation, and must time your next leap in order to make it to the next one. Run from the Sun is playable with only one button, and would probably make a pretty sublime iPhone game.

Really enjoying this one.
