The Cold War Heats Up In This New PC Strategy Game

Eugen Systems’ last game, RUSE, had a neat gimmick that in the end fell a little flat. Their next title, Wargame, doesn’t look like a gimmick at all. It looks exactly the sort of thing we’re looking for in a PC strategy game.

Its full name is Wargame: European Escalation, and is set in the Cold War as NATO wages its battle… to destroy the e-e-e-vil forces o-o-o-of… the Soviet Union.

It looks a lot like the recent World in Conflict, only with less Alec Baldwin (shame) and less hokey nonsense about portable CD players (which is wonderful).

Wargame: European Escalation will be out on PC this November.
