The Last Guardian Has Been ‘Very Difficult In Terms Of Progress’


It’s been far too long since we’ve had any update on The Last Guardian. Now we have one, and it’s every bit as vague as you might expect.

“The Last Guardian team has been making progress,” said Shuhei Yoshida, speaking to VG247.

“It’s been very difficult in terms of seeing the progress: not as fast as we’d been hoping for, and the team has been under big pressure. But we’re still making progress, so I’d like to continue to support and keep waiting for great news sometime in the future.”

Team ICO are notorious for extremely long development processes, but like a rogue cop with a penchant for destroying furniture, the get results dammit! We’d just like to see the fruits of their labour sooner rather than later.
