Aussie Nintendo Store: Remember WiiWare?

Yes, WiiWare! Remember that thing? You know, those small downloable games for a reasonable price on the Wii via the Wii Shopping Channel? Yes I thought you would remember it. Well there's a game on it this week and the eShop gets a new Game Boy game, too!

3DS Virtual Console

Mega Man: Dr Wily's Revenge (Game Boy, Capcom $4.50) — It was the first Mega Man game on the Game Boy and it wouldn't be the last either. This game is a quasi sequel as it contains content from both the first Mega Man game as well as the second. I've never been into Mega Man so not sure how good it is, but I'm sure you guys will let me know.

MotoHeroz (RedLynx Ltd, 1500 Points) — It's only taken nearly a year to get released, but RedLynx's MotoHeroz is finally here on WiiWare. If you're not sure who RedLynx is you may remember a little game called Trials HD on Xbox Live Arcade. They made that, and now they're back with a racing, puzzling and platforming gravity-based game. It's a steep price but with pedigree like that, what could go wrong?

If you were wondering why there was no article last week... Well yeah, that's because there was nothing here in Australia. Still, anything caught your eye this week?

Dr Wily's Revenge was a badass game!

Meh. Just waiting for that free Zelda Four Swords game in a few weeks time on DSiWare.

+1. With all the negativity surrounding the 3DS and sales, I must admit, they have given us Zelda fans a very fair share of games to keep us happy.

Four Swords on GBA wasnt super great....

I played through 2 of the 4 dungeons before getting bored.

    I imported a 3DS from America :)

Back to Cave Story for me.

I have a near mint copy of Dr Wilys Revenge. Mega Man was a great series. MM7 pretty much sums up my childhood.

I wish older wiiware games went on sale, like normal retail games... There are a couple of old titles I want to pick up (like Lost Winds 2), just haven't gotten around to doing so.
