   I’m am guilty. I ended up playing this. However it suffers from quick cash in syndrome. Want that item for your house? Too bad, you’ll have to pay real money for it. You want to do more? Sorry, out of energy, you’ll have to pay money to play more.
   It really bugs me. And I will not be paying any extra money because I don’t want gaming to go this way. =/

   I’d love to give it a go, I even got an invite from EA Australia, however I get a “closed beta” when I try and play and redirects me to the fan page. Does anyone have any ideas?

   @Ashleigh this is the url I acces it from: http://apps.facebook.com/thesimssocial/ Works fine for me, am able to play it.

   I like the game, but they need to work on “ask friend” a bit. There is no way to tell who is playing the game on the list that pops up. It just gives an option of “all friends” or “likes games” which is frustrating when you have a whole lot of people to choose from.

   This imo, is much more interesting than Farmville. I don’t mind the whole energy thing. Just means I won’t be on facebook all day.
