RohWow that is UGLY. I’m all for tattoos based on things that you like, but at least get it done by someone who can draw.
It also looks like a lot of it was done at different times, leading to it looking disjointed and weird. whats wrong with planning it out first and not just colouring in the background red for the sake of it. shudder.
