Method Man Is Rapping About Sour Patch Kids For A Video Game

Wu-Tang Clan member Method Man is genuinely rapping about Sour Patch Kids in this video, “World Gone Sour (The Lost Kids)”. Why would the man who played “Cheese” on The Wire and starred in Soul Plane rhyme about Sour Patch Kids?

And why is there an ESRB warning in advance of this video?

Seems Mr Man’s “World Gone Sour” is part promotion for the Sour Patch Kids-themed iOS game Sour Fling and the forthcoming video game World Gone Sour, also based on the sour-sweet candy.

So what is World Gone Sour? Beyond a promotional vehicle for delicious sour candies and a Method Man-approved product, we know it’s coming to consoles and that details are due shortly. It’s already so weird that the people at Sour Patch Kids have our interest, so we’ll keep an eye on things.
