Portal 2 DLC Now Hitting October 4, For Free

Valve's first, free expansion to Portal 2 will be out for in just a few days for PC, Mac, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 for free. It's called "Peer Review" and is made for co-op.

"Peer Review" continues the game's co-op storyline, according to Valve. "You and a friend will continue the story of loyal bots P-Body and Atlas as you puzzle your way through a mysterious new co-op test track and once again match wits with GLaDOS."

The expansion will also include single-player and co-op challenge mode that uses online leaderboards.

I'm making a note here, Huge Success.

Aw. If only I could convince my friends to play the damn thing!
(I know, HOW could they avoid it?)

I'd shun them as friends if I were you :P

i need someone to do the original coop with me, anyone keen?

Oh wow it's being released O.o

    /yay

    Looks for episode 3 news
    /cry

On Xbox 360 for free??? Did I hear that right??

+1 Those stingy fatboys at microsoft would never let something like this go for free. I tell you, there's going to be a cost... Somehow.

Well if Valve can't give away the L4D DLC on 360 then there's no way in hell Portal 2 DLC will be free on the 360 either. Surprised M$ doesn't make it's users pay for the system updates.

wait, since when have their eyes been red?

That image was from the really early images to be released for the characters, shortly after the Portal 2 ARG finished.

Not sure why it keeps getting used, thought there must be better Portal 2 images out there by now D:
