Skyrim Brought To Life Vividly. Cheaply.

Put down that leaked Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim manual! And watch this clip.

This clip is from the folks responsible for June’s live-action Gears of War 3 fan trailer.

Fan film director Blake Armstrong and his crew at Try Force Productions turned their attention to the upcoming Skyrim via a live-action trailer, which they churned out in a week.

“The budget consisted of lunch and fake blood,” Armstory told Kotaku. “Nothing more.” The cast and crew were entirely volunteer. “Lining up everyone’s schedule was difficult, but absolutely worth it,” added Armstrong.

Next up, Armstrong and co. are thinking about a BioShock 3 trailer. I’m thinking about how the folks in this Skyrim trailer have fancy costumes. I wish I had a fancy costume.
