Other games might vie for “best” game of the year, but Saints Row The Third looks like it’ll be going for the “most over-the-top award. THQ’s announced a handful of new details about the upcoming threequel. Initiation Station, the game’s character creation interface, is open to the public after a short beta. You can use the Station on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 to create to create characters that will then populate into the full retail version of The Third.

The PC version of Saints Row The Third will feature gameplay capture with editing and sharing tools, as well. Finally, tracklist details on the game’s radio stations were released and it’ll feature tunes from artists like Dillinger Escape Plan, the Deftones and Tyler, the Creator. The open-world mayhem comes to PC and console on November 15th.
