The flick is called Layers; Gate, and it has naked people in it, bumping uglies. Sister site Kotaku Japan posted a comparison between Layers;Gate and the opening for the Steins;Gate anime.

“Layer” is Japanese slang for “cosplayer”, though what you originally thought it meant would also be appropriate for this movie.
