The Concept Art Of Assassin’s Creed: Revelations

So, the final tale in Ezio’s saga, Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, was out this week. Now’s as good a time as any, then, to look at some of the wonderful concept art from the game.

These dramatic pieces are the work of Martin Deschambault, an artist at Ubisoft who’s also worked on games like Assassin’s Creed 2, Rainbow Six Vegas and the Prince of Persia series.

My goodness this stuff is beautiful. The mood, yes, it’s perfect, but it’s the cityscapes that are really great, the way Constantinople just lies there seething on the Bosphorus that really get me.

You can see more of Martin’s work at his personal site.

Fine Art is a celebration of the work of video game artists.
