Mobile broadband? In a country where the vast majority of people use mobile broadband that comes with their phone plan (which is typically locked in with a contract), it’s not like it’s easy to sample the platter…
Given that people don’t really sample the range of providers, there are better ways of doing this vote, i.e. are you satisfied with your current provider. Which ever provider has the highest proportion of satisfied customers wins.
