All you need is some painted pumpkins, a few two-by-fours, a couple of cinderblocks and a makeshift slingshot and your Halloween celebration can be as exciting as these guys’ was.
If only they had had access to a higher grade of explosives, this Angry Birds pumpkin spectacular could have ended with a bang instead of a whimper. They might have lost limbs, but that’s what happens when you inject yourself into a war that has nothing to do with you in the first place.
Still, they did get to exercise their painting skills, and they got more time outside than I have this year, so that’s gotta be worth something.
