Oracina Of Time’s Forest Temple And Zora’s River Remade In Minecraft

We’ve seen so many things remade in Minecraft over the past year or so, but this one is still worth sharing. YouTube user RedAshMason had gone ahead and made Zora’s River, The Forest Temple, and even a fair bit of Hyrule Field as originally seen in the famous Legend of Zelda game Ocarina of Time.

I’ll admit that the music does a fair amount of the heavy lifting here — seeing the Forest Temple while listening to that lovely, Holst-inspired (thanks, Dan Bruno) “Saria’s Song” does a lot to complete the recreation. But still, these levels are very cool, and make me want to put down all these Mario games and go back to Ocarina of Time 3D.

Wonder if he’ll ever make the Water Temple? [Insert Water Temple joke here.]
