    Jack is such a douche, I remember that one time when he claimed that exclusives don't sell consoles and so him saying this isn't exactly surprising it just means he is even more ignorant than he was before.

    Did Nintendo change their name to Playstation during the week? Lol

    Could be an American thing (much like how the Japs stick with their own), or just MS paying well... but in movies and tv shows these days you mainly only hear the characters say Xbox when referring to playing video games.

    See them playing it in HIMYM and Modern Family and I've heard it mentioned in Parks & Recreation.

    Not saying that makes it a powerful brand, but just saying.

      Americans love their own American console, go figure. But good for them. Im pretty sure that MS pays have Xbox in shows though. The HIMYM ep with the race downtown was had alot of subtle kinect/xbox ads, like when you see Maury Povich walking past Ted & Marshall with a new 360 kinect bundle in hand.

      Agreed 'xbox' is the generic term for video game console in America now - I think the frat-boy-call-of-duty 'socially acceptable game playing' is what got it there. Also MS pays a bunch to get in shows like Glee

      This is called product placement, and I can't stand it. Every time I see an xbox in a tv show, I die a little inside. I'm pretty sure that's exactly opposite of their goal but meh.

        I have seen more wii(s) than 360(s) on tv.
