Srsly though, I want to say either Llamatron or Kaeon but though they were a little psychadelic, I don’t think they had this much green and yellow.

? Hard to tell. The colour that I am currently seeing on my phone doesnt remind me of the 64 palette but that may be my phone.
On closer inspection, there’s actually subtle variations of the colour. Not even JPEG compression could account for it. So it’s probably not IM.
