This Is How Trials Evolution Is Handling Multiplayer

I was a huge fan of Trials HD, and its sequel Trials Evolution is one of my most anticipated games of 2012. I have been a teensy bit worried about how multiplayer would be integrated into what is usually a solitary, pass the controller, leaderboards heavy experience. Maybe I was wrong to doubt those goddamn RedLynx wizards…

But still, after watching this video from Inside Xbox, I’m still yet to be convinced. This multiplayer stuff seems like an interesting distraction, but I reckon my Trials time will still be spend trying to top leaderboards rather than competing in a live environment. That was always the point of difference Trials HD had for me, and it’ll most likely be the reason I’ll continue to go back to it.

Still, it looks pretty swish, and I’m loving the new outdoor aesthetic.

Thanks Joystiq!
