A Love Letter To Tim Schafer

Luke's Note: What better place than Panel Discussion to introduce Mr Zac Gorman, who we've caught in a bottle and forced to draw beautiful comics for us once a month.

Comics like this one.

If you're not up to speed on the whole "what happens next" bit, see here.

You can see more of Zac's work at both his personal blog and game-themed site Magical Game Time. If you're feeling commercial, you can buy prints and shirts here. He'll be back on Kotaku with a new comic same time next month!

Nice panels. Would have also loved a Day of the Tentacle panel to be included.

Also, Brutal Legend. Sure, it was criticised heavily, but it still had that Schafer magic. The world felt coherent and well realised. The characters were very interesting. I liked it.

Definitely. After I donated to the Kickstarter, I sat down with BL again. It is just so good, even the RTS is compelling (speaking as someone who doesn't play RTS at all).

Yeah I loved everything about Brutal Legend...including the RTS. Granted it was pretty left field, but I understand why they did it, and how it worked with the whole theme of the game.

It would be nice if Brutal Legend got a PC release one day. Hey Tim, your fans are over here!!!

I've put my money where my mouth is. Kickstarter for the win!
