Typographic Prints Make Art From Gamer Quips

Via NerdWire, we have today a set of typographic prints and t-shirts representing some of gaming's most famous icons, old and new.

These aren't quite the "standard" typographic style where the words themselves form the entirety of the art, but I enjoyed how the minimalistic icons and colours worked together with the words to evoke the highlights of the games. Particularly in the case of Pac-Man and of Metal Gear Solid, which gave me a definite giggle.

Those are awesome. The Pacman one is hilarious!

To be a nit-picker - it's not typographic if they put words inside a stencil.

Typography would be making the image from the words, which requires much more skill and time.

Still, i really like them. Pac Man one is brilliant :D

      Ding ding ding. This.

I'm disappointed. With such iconic shapes like PacMan, these could be so much better. Cute idea.

I'm sure Gordon Freeman's Head would go something along the line of:
    ....
    ............
    ..........
    ......
    ..........................
    .................................

Except in the shape of a lambda.
