Video Game Box Typos Are Now Officially A Fad

This is the back of the box for Konami’s latest survival horror game, Silent Hill: Downpour, which came out yesterday for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

The Spanish translation reads: “¿quien puede parar la luvia?” This means: “Who will stop the rain?”

Except it’s not “luvia”. It’s lluvia. Two Ls. Like Capcom before it, Konami has joined the Video Game Box Art Typo Club. I hope they have t-shirts. Poorly spelled t-shirts.

Konami is actually asking you to stop a Finnish municipality.

(Thanks JoMiggy!)
