While You Were Sleeping

Damn, I wish I was still sleeping. I did that thing when you're like, 'oh, I can totally get by on five hours of sleep. I'l be fine'. Then you wake up and you wish you were dead. Anyways, this is all the news that happened while you were sleeping, and while I was up watching videos on YouTube.

Last year, I felt, was the year of franchises I wasn't that invested in. Modern Warfare, Battlefield, The Elder Scrolls — all good series, but they're not the kind of games I tend to fall in love with (although I ended up having a bit of a crush on Skyrim). 2012 seems to be more of a year for me.

Assassin's Creed III for example. I am excited. Last night was a night of massive news on this front. We have the first official trailer, which shows how the game takes to the trees, we find out how to pronounce the proper name of our ACIII protagonist, and we get more details on the game — including news of a Wii U version — here.

Oh, and there's a little game called Halo 4. We had our first look at that. Finally, we find out that BioShock Infinite's Heroes will change each other in profound ways. What does that even mean

If ME3 breaks street date today this will be the best day of the week so far, what with those awesome Halo and AC3 videos.

I thought I could get by on 3... coffee inc.
    Damns you swtor!!

5 hours per night is normal for me. I'm lucky to be the 1 in 5 who can last on less sleep! :)

Getting jazzed for AC3. Revelations burnt me out a little, but I'm starting to feel the excitement! :)

I'm going to have Kotaku constantly refreshing today to make sure Mass Effect 3 streat breaks. I mainly used steam/greenmangaming last year, and I never bought any of those early release date games. So knowing my luck, this will be the one game that sticks to release date.

I do that every night. Curse you internet, curse you Khan Academy and your learn-y ways!
