Final Fantasy Meets Assassin's Creed In This DLC Crossover

Thought Square Enix was stopping with Mass Effect suits for Final Fantasy XIII-2 downloadable content crossovers? Nope! The latest issue of Japanese game magazine Famitsu shows an Ezio Auditore da Firenze Assassin's Creed outfit as DLC.

The outfit apparently is available for Noel Kreiss, Final Fantasy XIII-2's male protagonist. It looks to be Ezio's outfit from Assassin's Creed Revelations. Expect more details once Famitsu hits Japanese newsstands tomorrow.

No word whether or not Square Enix is planning this DLC for the West.

Why are they adding bonus costumes? If you wanted something cosmetic, the game desperately needed more weapon models. All the different weapons were just recolours.

Man I hate FFXIII-2. The ending to that makes Mass Effect 3 look like an epic ending. It's also doing the bullcrap wait for DLC for the real ending, except Square Enix are going to charge us for this one.

    I prefer the bikini dlc.

looks good, interesting how they left out/changed the 2 trademark looks of the Revelations-era Ezio suit, the tip of the hood is curved instead of pointed and no creed logo belt-buckle around the waist.

If Assassin's Creed and Final Fantasy had an actual crossover, that would be so awesome.

Lame, are they running out of ideas or something?'s_Creed:_Brotherhood_outfits

Halfway down the page... Raiden outfit from MGS 4

Both those outfits are sweet. I actually hope this does get released outside of Japan.

Ugh.........This games ending could have actually been terrific if they had left out the 'to be continued' part. Having an ending where everything turns to shit would have been unique. However trying to sell the true ending off as DLC is just plain evil. Square messed up big time on this. Mass Effect 3's ending was terrible but at least you can write that off as incompetent story telling.
