   Not bad, you should see some of the stuff that Nikola Tesla predicted.

   This quote is from 1908:
   “As soon as [the Wardenclyffe facility is] completed, it will be possible for a business man in New York to dictate instructions, and have them instantly appear in type at his office in London or elsewhere. In the same manner any picture, character, drawing, or print can be transferred from one to another place …”

   And had he had the funding he probably could have realised a lot of it.

   What, no mention of porn?

   Scifi writers & TV writers have predicted so much of the modern technology we have today. Look at star trek’s communicator, perfect model of the mobile phone sans keypad (and with voice control getting almost useable nowdays its hardly needed). Hell, in the 1966 Batman series, Batman checked the bat computer remotely over a high speed radio link (or probably high speed batradio link), they effectively invented the wireless metro area network.
