Beautiful Video Game Art, All The Way From China

Tonight, we're checking out the portfolio of Chinese artist Ming zhu Yang, who works for mobile gaming company Gameloft.

Specialising mostly in character art, you can see more of her stuff at her personal site.

To see the larger pics in all their glory (or so you can save them as wallpaper), right-click on them below and select "open in new tab".

Fine Art is a celebration of the work of video game artists, showcasing the best of both their professional and personal portfolios. If you're in the business and have some concept, environment or character art you'd like to share, drop us a line!

Or, if you don't want to bother with all that right click nonsense, you can hold ctrl and left click or click with the scroll wheel!

Oh, ctrl doesn't work for some reason,
      regardless, they are really pretty!

Those are really good! She's definitely a fine artist - excellent composition and awesome attention to detail. Better than some of the already excellent concept art out there.

..which makes me wonder if she gets frustrated working at Gameloft. Sure it must be great for her to have a job ANYWHERE that pays to draw all day, but it must get annoying when your design briefs are stuff like 'Draw something similar to a Zerg' or 'create something inspired by the body suit in Crysis 2'
