Brand New PlayStation Vita Game Gets A Crazy Short Teaser

Soul Sacrifice is an upcoming brand new PS Vita game, and details about it first hit last month. Butoday, Sony teased the game's upcoming reveal (full reveal, rather) on May 10. It clocks in at just over 36 seconds.

As previously mentioned, the game features a wizard protagonist, who wields mind power and a sword. Game concept art of showed a wizard with a pockmarked face, a large dragon, as well as ogre type monsters.

The art looks dark-somewhat reminiscent of Dark Souls, but far more grotesque. The game promises, "vividly real fantasy in high spec". Expect more details on May 10 — longer teasers, too!

Can't wait to see what this is. It looks like exactly the sort of thing the Vita needs. New games. I hope the Vita follows the tradition of the PSP in having some of the best RPG and SRPG titles I've come across.

Some of the Famitsu info leaked out early. Keiji Inafune's the lead designer, Yasunori Mitsuda and Wataru Hokoyama collaborating on the music. Marvelous AQL are the developer.

Also apparently the gameplay involves sacrificing things to cast magic. Stronger spells require sacrificing body parts. Don't know how that works but that's what the leak says.

Damn, just came in here to post this stuff.

Inafune +Sacrificing body parts to summon demons = me being very interested.

Excalibur: You stick your hand down your throat, pull out your spinal cord, and use this as your sword.
Gleipnir: Chop off your five fingers and perform a punch with your extended bones.
Gorgon: Pull out your eyeballs, and use them to blast out magic beams
Gungnir: Your bones and nerves emerge from your body and attack

    Game sounds crazy

      Summoning excalibur

        What the f......

I'm interested to find out more.....and worried that the classification board will summon a big RC onto it :\
