True story — I’m actually a massive Naruto fan, so I found this video, of Hiroshi Matsuyama, president of Cyber Connect 2 — the studio behind Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm — running the Paris Marathon dressed as Naruto, absolutely hilarious.
I’ve actually trained to run a marathon twice in my life, both times injuring my knees at about the halfway mark. The last time I did training I actually listened to Naruto music for inspiration, so I totally get the determination Hiroshi put into this race. It’s kind of awesome really. It’s funny, and totally tongue in cheek, but I found it a little bit inspiring.
Next time I train for a marathon I’m dressing up as the Fourth Hokage.
