According to reporters in the courtoom, Modern Warfare creators Jason West and Vince Zampella’s lawsuit against Activision has been resolved. The Los Angeles Times‘ Ben Fritz reports confirmation from both parties’ lawyers, and that the terms of the agreement are confidential. Kotaku has reached out to both parties for comment and will update once we hear more.
