Wii Fit U Adds New Peripheral

At Nintendo’s press conference today, Reggie Fils-Aime unveiled the new Wii Git U that uses both the GamePad and the console to track your exercises.

The trailer portrayed a woman on the balancing scale jumping up and down while the GamePad in front of her showed the trampoline.

In line with the Wii U’s easy transitioning between playing on your console and your GamePad, the woman in the trailer switched to her television set while her male companion continued his workouts on the GamePad.

I’m just hoping no one accidentally steps on their new controller in the midst of sweat-building workouts.
