Well, a couple of you managed to get Friday's ScribbleTaku, so well done to all of you! I think J3ST3R was first. Today's effort may be one of the most aesthetically pleasing scribbles I've seen in ScribbleTaku's short history. It comes from David Payne, who works at Ubisoft Toronto. Currently he's in crunch working on the new Splinter Cell, but he still found the time to draw this for us!

Thanks to Welbot for hooking it up!

ScribbleTaku is Kotaku’s newest lunchtime game. We give ourselves 30 seconds to draw an old game on a sticky note, and it’s your job to guess what it is! Come back every day at noon for a new ScribbleTaku! Feel like sending one in? Shoot me an email here.

    Defenders of the crown?

      My guess too.

        +1 from me.

Used to love beating my opponents Dragon with a measly knight. Made chess awesome.

Loved doing slow timed attacks with the Golem, forcing ppl into my line of fire

    or Krull?

    Myst... the fireplace

Advanced dungeons and dragons on Intellivision

      Gotta be it

    The Adventures of Sir Crossbowgroin

    "Night Stalker" on Intellivision?

      Had that one too

Archon's gone already, so...Secret Of The Silver Blades?

    Minecraft? Too obvious?

Bad Street Brawler. The Dos edition

If you squint your eyes a little it might be pixelated Guile doing a sonic boom.

    Crystal Caves!?

Put us out of our misery already!!

Hm. Archon would have been my guess, but the archer sprite is noticeably different what's in the drawing. I'm wondering whether it might be one of the early Ultima games.

Rugrats in Paris (the level where you're in the temple and fight the wooden kung-fu fighters)

    No one still? wow.
