Here’s the latest entry in the BlazBlue fighting game series. It’s called BlazBlue: Chronophantasma and features new characters Amane Nishiki, Bullet, and Azrael as well as new moves for your favourite BlazBlue characters.
Chronophantasma begins arcade location tests in Tokyo this month, and it will be released at game centres across Japan this winter.

THIS is rediculous. Too many new versions of fighting games especially , too quickly.
I ideally want a major update no sooner than every two years.
I wont be getting this when it comes out at the end of the year/early next year on consoles.
Nor will I be getting the minor update version 6 months later.
They need to give it and us a break.
Cant they do something radically different in between updating their major fighters every 2-3 years?
Dont they even get sick of doing the same thing over and over?
Personally I am happy because I like the story for these games moreso than the engine, which the first 2 games had Different stories, so it was not a super/ultimate version, and honestly, these guys made guilty gear, so expect alot of balance games, or at least you used to.
at last terumi is versing someone called azreal, pleaze release it for 3ds so i can sleep listening to more gluttony fang & thin red line
i don’t get how people got up in arms about ultimate marvel vs capcom, but ark system have done the exact same thing with blazblue MULTIPLE TIMES, and no one cares?

Not really comparable. CT and CS play very differently, CS2 was a free patch (new characters weren’t free though) and CSExtend was released 20 months after the original CS. CP also seems to once again be very different from CT and CS with the new system changes like Overdrive and Crush Trigger.
UMvC3 seems more substantial because of the larger amount of characters added, but there were barely any changes to the system mechanics. Plus it came out 9 months after the original.
