In his spare time Nathan Cocks write for PC Powerplay, he also has a magnificent head of Presedential hair that I would love to run my fingers through. On this day he brings the gift of ScribbleTaku to you, dear reader. Oh, and congrats to everyone who guessed yesterday's effort. It only took you, what, two minutes?

ScribbleTaku is Kotaku’s newest lunchtime game. We give ourselves 30 seconds to draw an old game on a sticky note, and it’s your job to guess what it is! Come back every day at noon for a new ScribbleTaku! Feel like sending one in? Shoot me an email here.

I told myself I wasn't going to answer today's but someone was going to get that before the 5 minute mark, too easy.

Looks like the Amiga version. C64 didn't have any surfaces - just those good ol' wireframes.

And now I'm sliding back and forth on my ofice chair as the Blue Danube plays in my head.

I was so tempted to draw some musical notes there too but thought that might confuse folks. :P

Bah, why didn't I load this up at 12? Just the docking station would have been enough to identify it!

Same. I was all ELITE! but I knew it would have gone. I'm pretty sure I played it on NES: how many platforms was it released on?

    heh heh.... Nathan Cocks

If ever there was a game that needs to be remade, it's this one!
(And not as a first person shooter please!)

Or is it Frontier: Elite II?

Definitely Elite 1, the dash is a dead give away.

Elite - I used to hate docking. I was so happy when I had the $$ to install the docking computer.
