Kotaku reader Jarren T. snapped this picture of the big news from Week 3 in his playthrough of Madden NFL 13, whose early-access weekend ends tomorrow. Not only is Madden acknowledging and evidently implementing the so-called curse that befalls its cover stars, it’s even referring to itself in the third person.
So this edition marks the point where Madden was loaded with the Freddie Mitchell personality module and accidentally became self-aware.
