Inside The Culture Of Sexism At Riot Games
Throughout her three years at Riot Games, the company behind League of Legends, Lacy made it her mission to hire a woman into a leadership role. Lacy had heard plenty of excuses for why her female job candidates weren’t Riot material.
Some were “ladder climbers”. Others had “too much ego”. Most weren’t “gamer enough”. A few were “too punchy”, or didn’t “challenge convention”, a motto you can find in Riot’s company manifesto and recruiting materials.

I find it kind of interesting that they had the 3D switch at off when they showed the 3DS. I guess Nintendo isn't really interested in promoting it as a useful thing anymore. As for the game, I'm keen to check it out, though my eyebrow crept upwards at seeing the fights being against 2D enemies rather than the 3D of the previous games. Possibly it's because of a space limitation.
2D isn't surprising, there's only one entry in the main series thats 3D, which is SMT3: Nocturne on PS2. The most recent one was Strange Journey on the DS, which was 2D.
I don't think its a space limitation, rather than slightly abstract, old-school design which is pretty normal for Atlus.
