The studio behind Bad Hotel is back. They’ve just released the teaser above for their next title, Wave Trip.
Like Bad Hotel, Wave Trip is as much about sound as about graphics. Unlike its predecessor, however, Wave Trip looks to be more about side-scrolling motion than about defence. Additionally, it promises the ability for users to create and share their own levels.
Even now, audio is still an under-appreciated aspect of game design. The more games that are about making cool sounds, the happier I am.
