Skyrim DLC For PlayStation 3 'Close'

The PlayStation 3 version of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has been notorious for its severe set of issues, which has resulted in Skyrim DLC being indefinitely delayed on the console. Bethesda has been very careful to not put a timeline on additional content being released on the console, but has now stated on Twitter it is 'close' to releasing the DLC.

"To update: we’re also close on new Skyrim content for PS3 and PC," read the tweet.

It's been a long time coming for PlayStation owners. All of the currently released DLC content has been released on Xbox 360, with the PC trailing behind on the most recent update.

Hopefully Bethesda will release a more specific release date in the near future.

Do you reckon this launches first, or The Last Guardian?

I tried to offer you an upvote, but the button did nothing. You'll have to settle for this koala bear:

        That koala is no bear!

How many more pieces of DLC are there after the Dragonborn one that got announced this week? I'm holding out for the GOTY edition (or a hero, whichever comes first), which obviously means the DLC all has to be released separately first.

Upto 3 I think at the moment...

Be interesting to see what they price them at, I'm guessing they will still attempt to get the premium price, even though a discount/adjusted price would be a great peace offering.

I honestly think they should be free for PS3 owners.

Yeah exactly, or at least heavily discounted. o_o

Sold my copy because all this DLC is cut content from the original game.

Tomorrows article can be titled "Skyrim DLC For PlayStation 3 - Even Closer than Yesterday".
I feel sorry for anyone holding their breath for this.
