The Art Of Remember Me Previews Capcom's Futuristic Action Game

It sort of seemed that Remember Me popped up out of nowhere (despite actually having been shown before) when Capcom screened it at GamesCom this year. The publisher seems to be keeping the hype machine for the game at a medium simmer, with a handful of glimpses that offer a sense of what heroine Nilin's world will feel like.

A deeper look at the multiplatform game's design will be the focus of The Art of Remember Me, published by Dark Horse Comics. The 184-page hardcover will cost $US39.99. Here's the official solicitation info:

Just in time for the hotly anticipated action puzzler's release, Dark Horse, Capcom, and Dontnod Entertainment invite fans to explore the intricate, enigmatic dystopia of Remember Me! This game have great potential. But I don't see it being great according to what the demo showed last time. Combination attack in action game is not a new mechanics and all they did was modify it instead of creating something unique.

    But the art looks beautiful

Does it really need to be unique mechanically? A new take on Arkham's combat seems a-ok in my book. It hasn't exactly been done to death and it's a really fun way to play.
