That Pokémon above? That would be Sylveon, the latest and likely most cutesy Eevee evolution to date. It’s debuting in Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, bringing our Eevee options up to eight Pokémon.
These include: Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon and Glaceon. That’s a lot of options.
I’d like to imagine a future where the number of Eevee grow exponentially, one for every possible element type combination. A future where new types are invented just to have more Eevees.
A future where there are more Eevees than normal Pokémon, a future where we have to develop a separate Pokédex just to keep up with all the Eevees.
For now, we have this creature with bows for flesh. Enjoy this moment before you’re overrun by Eevees, humans.
