Community Kudos

It’s the end of the week and I’m about to head home and play something, God knows what. But before that — Community Kudos!

Last weekend everyone in Queensland went to Dreamworld and I got jealous. I’ve always wanted to go to Dreamworld. It remains my dream to go to dreamworld! There were super noms on all counts regarding this monumental event!

Ser Nobulus
It’s time for one of my rare kudos noms! I would like to say the reason I rarely nom people is because I want to make it all the more special when I do actually nom, but I am just forgetful!

Anyway, I digress, this week I want to nom Freeze for organising the Dreamworld meat! I heard you want to go to Dreamworld sometime Mark. Well you should free up sometime around November.

D.C. went as well. It looked pretty awesome from the few pics I saw on Facebook. Even though it rained a bit. There are a group of Queensland TAYbies I haven’t met as well. I’ll need to head up there at some point for sure.

D.C.
I’d like to nominate all the people who contributed to the kick ass Dreamworld/lunch meats this week on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane. You guys are so damn awesome. It was especially good meeting Tigerion and his wife. Freeze is always amazing at organizing us all too. Thanks Sughly too for being kind and giving me a ride!

D.C. also nominated Flu for his advice giving skills. Flu gave advice? I guess that’s a good thing. Did he deliver in that luxurious voice of his? When can I get Flu on my GPS? Oh, and before I forget — Shane also gave D.C. a copy of Dark Souls. Argh, don’t mention that word. I’LL WANT TO GO AND PLAY IT AGAIN!

I got some GKNs… (Greenius Kudos Noms)

Greenius
Beavwa
PrincessPipster
Effluvium Boy

Yep. That was it. He added some of the usual Greenius font craziness, but I can’t add that in the Kotaku CMS! URGH!

Red artifice had some helpful noms…

Red Artifice
I nom Zetrox2k for helping me to navigate the wonderful world of Modem/Routers, and helping me avoid a $200 mistake.

Jimu had hella helpful noms. He was dropping helpful noms all over the joint.

Jimu
I would like to nominate for their tireless efforts in helping me decide I needed a PS Vita in my life:

@Helpius
@Doc_What
@AtomStrawberry
&
@BlueMaxima

Even though they’re a bunch of horrible jerks, they were very helpful, thanks guise! ;P

Oh & @McGarnigal that Lawyer cat for the same reason!!!

But I think that, this week, Community Kudos has to go to Powalen. He did a great job redesigning Potaku. And we had a good amount of noms for his outstanding contributions…

AlexPants
This week I want to say a massive thankyou to Powalen for all of the work he put into the Potaku site redesign. He did a superb job with it and I can’t thank him enough for it!

Also a stupid nom for Cakesmith for buying me a pack of crayons. I am a broken man.

ShiggyNinty dropped noms for the first time in ages. He forgot to press the caps lock button.

ShiggyNinty
I nom Powalen for all his hard work in helping us revamp and redesign Potaku. Its much more sexier now and it’s extremely appreciated what he’s done for us!

Alright — congrats to Powalen. Sorry this is short. I have to go home and play Tomb Raider now. Have a great weekend everyone!
