   I don’t like the new one’s look. All shiny and round, like early 90s CG. Wonder if they’ll be using the Link model from DKC2 😛

      Link to the past is my favourite zelda game of all time. I was initially happy to hear about this until I saw how it looked. Not a fan one bit.

   I was hoping for a new world to experience. For my money this isn’t as good as a whole new game, but better than an identical remake.

   Is it the same Link? Is it the same time? Is it the same enemy? Will it feature some of the same dungeons or bosses? Will it have some of the same items? Will it have some of the same characters??????

   I suspect this first part will be the same but the rest will be different. A hit of nostalgia followed by new material. That’s often the way.

   You know, instead of giving us a crappy looking rerelease for probably $50, they could just emulate the original for $8 and people would be happy

   Well now that i remembered my log in I’m making comments on the stories i’ve been meaning to comment on. XD But damn it, I was hoping the next release would be 3D! I mean come on Nintendo. A Link to the Past’s world with the 3D look of Ocarina of Time. That would sell like hot cakes I’m sure of it. People would love to re-experience ALTTP from a different perspective. I dunno how I feel about another top down game, especially this one. Even if it is remastered and redesigned. I just can’t stand Top Down Zeldas after the titles on the DS came out.

   Wow, Zelda fans will put up with this? No wonder Nintendo don’t try anything ambitious with the Zelda franchise. people are still satisfied playing 20+ year old games.

    I don’t know how to feel about this one. I really don’t like the aesthetic, but at the same time I really do like how they’ve stayed true to the Link to the past style and feel. Existential crisis!
