Fine Art: More Beautiful Art From Hardware. Enjoy.

In case you couldn’t tell from the last time I featured this game on Fine Art, regardless of whether Hardware (or Hardware: Shipbreakers as it’s now known) turns out to be amazing or awful, I will be praying for an art book. Because the concept art for the game just takes my breath away.

It’s almost as good as it gets. There’s detail in the vehicles for design purposes, sure, but what it does best is set the mood of the game. The colour palette, the framing, the scale of the ships, the images give you a great sense of how Hardware’s world wants to feel, not just look.

Those wanting to learn a little more about Hardware, I interviewed the game’s executive producer, Dan Irish.
