I knew it would happen. Nine times out of ten I give you a clue and BOOM. The ScribbleTaku that was previously impossible now becomes stupidly easy! Congrats to Fractripro who guessed correctly!
My favourite comment, however, was this one from Decoy: “In all honesty i thought the drawing was just really bad. turns out it was the game itself! sheesh!”
Ha! I knew that’s what would have thrown people!
Good luck with today’s effort.
ScribbleTaku is Kotaku’s newest lunchtime game. We give ourselves 30 seconds to draw an old game on a sticky note, and it’s your job to guess what it is! Come back every day at noon for a new ScribbleTaku! Feel like sending one in? Shoot us an email here.

Looks like the shrink ray from Duke Nukem 3D?
Alone in the dark?
Fate of Atlantis?
Yeah – that would have been my guess – but it was horizontal? Otherwise – the gold box d&d games code wheels. Pool of radiance.

Hrm….possibly the mirror portal from Twilight Princess, but it’s missing features. It looks so familiar though /sigh
Looks familiar. Was it something to do with aligning a telescope to look at constellations
Along those lines…. Skyrim?
Pilot Wings on SNES or Pilot Wings 64?
Or maybe Star Fox?
Mario Golf/Tennis? The ring mini game.
Looks like someone’s sub-woofer has exploded.
Injustice: Gods among us?
Biker mice from mars?
My previous comment is still waiting to be moderated so I’m posting again.
